Vision Statement

At Belle View Elementary, we are working to help each child develop their academic potential, essential life skills, and responsibility to the community by recognizing and building upon the life experiences that our diverse community brings to our classrooms. We are a school where each child's potential is maximized by building relationships that begin with understanding and respecting the unique background knowledge of each child. Understanding how background knowledge generates new learning creates a seamless transition from home to school and creates productive members of our global community

Mission Statement

At Belle View Elementary, we believe in educating the whole child. We develop each child's academic, fine arts, technological, physical, and social skills to create a well-rounded student.

Core Beliefs

The Belle View Elementary Community believes that:

  • Every student deserves an opportunity to learn and be successful in an inclusive setting.
  • Teacher emphasis on differentiated instruction and best practices will improve student achievement.
  • Students are able to demonstrate behaviors that show respect for self, others, and the community.
  • Positive relationships between parents, staff, and community leaders support future success for our students.
